I have made this bread four times now and it has all turned out well. I did have one problem on my second batch I used a different brand of whole wheat flour and it was a little dry. Now I am just careful and make sure that I don't add too much flour and it has worked out great. Some friends asked if it was good sandwich bread and if it sliced well and I give it a thumbs up to both.

  2. i am so jealous. i will get to your status one day. i swear it. instead of urban though i'll have to settle for a cross between suburban and rural. have you seen my photos? texas is amazing.
