Seriously, that is so wrong. My neighbors have people who come and visit them some weekends with a chihuahua who pees, poops, and barks at me in my own front yard. I want to step on the dog.
a have a really inconsiderate neighbor who lets his pitbull run around the neighborhood (without a leash) and it poops on MY yard all the time. so frustrating.
