so grown up

Liesl looks so grown up with her bangs, that the ticket taker at the zoo asked me how old she was. As he was taking my tickets he said "how old is the little one?" I panicked and said " two and a half" Porter then said "I am five" I was so scared that Porter would correct me and tell the truth. I felt so bad for the rest of the day that I lied about that in front of my children. I have no problem buying a pass for Liesl, I just wanted to try and wait until our passes expire and renew them all together. It is not easy for me to break rules, never has been, so we are going to buy Liesl her own membership. She has been asking for her own card anyway, so she will be happy about it.
