Today was Porter's first day of school.
When I picked him up and asked him how his day was and what he did, he told me that he did not remember. Later I learned that he took a girl named Piper on a bike ride and the she was wearing blue, had pig tails and was so cute. He also said that this new class has a lot of cool toys, way better than his old class room. Porter was tired today, but we went to get ice cream after school just like we did last year. I told him it was a tradition and he asked what a tradition was, so we talked about other traditions and it was a nice time.
